Unused included edit time does not roll over. Additional development is quoted separately. Third-party costs (domain registration, paid APIs, premium fonts or stock photography, third-party services, email services, premium integrations, and unusually high platform usage) are separate unless your agreement says otherwise.
When you are ready, Norvet can also handle business internet, backup internet, business phones, point of sale, managed IT, and cybersecurity.

How quickly can you build it?
Launch ships in a 48-hour build window once everything is approved. Growth typically takes about 5 to 7 business days. Neither timeline is a promise: if you are slow to send content, images, or domain access, the clock pauses until we have what we need.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The code, the domain, and the accounts are yours, and they are handed over to you at launch.
Can you replace my current website?
Yes, including redirect planning so your existing search rankings and links carry over, on Growth and Custom.
Can you write the content?
Yes, with your approval. Let us know in the form and we will scope it.
Can I make changes later?
Yes. Website Care includes up to 30 minutes of minor changes per month. Larger changes are quoted separately.
Do you build online stores or web applications?
Those are software development projects with separate discovery and pricing, not part of this offer.
What happens after launch?
Website Care is optional and month to month. You can also come back to Norvet for any other technology need.
