Legal Sector Infrastructure Refresh and Compliance Hardening
Norvet completed a full wired and wireless office refresh for the Law Office of W. Bryant Green III under a strict one-week deadline while closing major operational and compliance gaps.
Delivery Window
Apr 30-May 6, 2025
Project executed inside a one-week deployment window.
On-Site Engineering
40.5 Hours
Dedicated labor used to complete the infrastructure refresh.
New Cat6 Drops
25
Freshly pulled, terminated, and tested Ethernet runs.
Wireless Upgrade
8 Access Points
High-density Ubiquiti U6 Pro and U7 Pro deployment.
The Challenge
The firm was dealing with unreliable networking, hazardous cabling, weak credential and endpoint controls, and valuable billable hours being consumed by staff acting as informal IT support.
The Solution
Norvet rebuilt the physical and logical network, deployed 25 new Cat6 drops, mounted and tuned eight Ubiquiti access points, integrated Cradlepoint 5G failover, and transitioned the office onto a managed IT agreement.
The Outcome
The office received a cleaner, more supportable network core, regained attorney and staff focus, and improved legal compliance posture through stronger security and continuity controls.
Challenge
Aging network infrastructure and disorganized physical cabling were making outages harder to diagnose and undermining basic legal confidentiality and business-continuity expectations.
Support staff were losing time to technical work instead of legal operations, and the office needed a full-turnkey refresh without a long delivery runway.
Delivered Solution
- Twenty-five new Cat6 Ethernet drops were pulled, terminated, tested, and documented.
- Physical lines were organized into keystone patch panels with switch-port mapping.
- Eight Ubiquiti access points were mounted and calibrated to eliminate wireless dead zones.
- Cradlepoint 5G failover was integrated to protect internet and voice continuity.
- The office moved into a flat-rate managed IT model with firewall, email filtering, and 24/7 monitoring support.
Outcome
The completed deployment removed immediate physical and operational liabilities while giving the firm a clean, modernized network foundation.
By offloading technical support and ongoing oversight to Norvet, attorneys and staff could return their attention to billable legal work.

Network Infrastructure Survey for a Multi-Building Healthcare Practice
A growing healthcare practice needed to understand what it would take to modernize its network across two buildings. Norvet surveyed both, documented existing voice, data, and camera systems, identified rooms with no data or phone wiring, and delivered a scoped Ubiquiti-based modernization recommendation the practice could budget from.

A horse farm's camera system — used to monitor the stables from the main house — went dark after an internet service change. Norvet restored the wireless link between the stable building and the house, reinstalled the access point, and reconfigured the NVR and IP cameras onto the new ISP subnet so live feeds came back.
