Opening a New Office? We Wire It Before You Move In.
You signed the lease and the space is empty. Before your team can plug in a single laptop, the cabling, Wi-Fi, phones, and network closet have to be in place. Norvet plans it, scopes it, and manages the install so the office is ready on day one.

The situation
What you're actually dealing with
A new office is a deadline with a lot of moving parts. Here is what usually lands on your plate.
An empty shell and a move-in date
The build is done or nearly done, furniture is on the way, and nothing is wired. Every day the space sits unconnected is a day your team cannot work.
Coordinating around the GC and electrician
Low-voltage cabling has to happen at the right point in the build: after the electrician roughs in, before the ceilings close. Miss the window and you are cutting walls back open.
No idea how many drops you actually need
Desks, conference rooms, printers, Wi-Fi access points, cameras, the front desk. Counting it wrong means either dead jacks or scrambling to add runs later.
One contact, not five
You do not want to manage a cabling crew, the ISP, the phone vendor, and the camera installer separately. You want one number to call.
What we handle
What an office buildout includes
We scope each of these to your floor plan, then manage the install end to end.
Workstation data drops
Cat6/Cat6A runs from the closet to every desk, conference table, and printer location, labeled at both ends.
Wi-Fi access point cabling
Ceiling and wall drops placed for clean coverage across the whole floor, no dead zones in the corner offices.
Conference and huddle rooms
Cabling for displays, video bars, and wired connections in the rooms that have to work for the first big meeting.
Phone and front-desk drops
Runs for VoIP handsets and the reception area so the phones ring on opening day.
Network closet and rack
Patch panel, rack, and clean termination so the closet is documented from the start instead of becoming a mess in year two.
Cameras and access control (optional)
If you want IP cameras or badge readers, we run that cabling in the same pass while the ceilings are open.
How it works
From first call to documented handoff
The same disciplined process on every project. No guesswork, no scope creep.
Site walkthrough or plan review
We walk the space or review your floor plan and photos to understand scope before anything is quoted.
Scope and quote
You get a clear, itemized quote: drops, materials, labor, timeline. No surprises.
Install and label
A vetted crew pulls, terminates, and labels every run at both ends, project-managed by Norvet.
Test and hand off documentation
Every run tested. You get a port map and panel diagram so the next technician can read the closet.
Past performance
We have done this work
Network Infrastructure Survey for a Multi-Building Healthcare Practice
Two-building survey with full scoped modernization plan
A growing healthcare practice needed to understand what it would take to modernize its network across two buildings. Norvet surveyed both, documented existing voice, data, and camera systems, identified rooms with no data or phone wiring, and delivered a scoped Ubiquiti-based modernization recommendation the practice could budget from.

When in the buildout should we bring you in?
As early as you can. The best time to plan cabling is while the floor plan is still on paper. The best time to pull it is after the electrician roughs in and before the ceiling and walls close. Loop us in early and we will tell you exactly when the crew needs to be on site.
Do you work with our general contractor and electrician?
Yes. We coordinate directly with your GC and electrician so the low-voltage work happens in the right sequence. You do not have to play middleman.
Can you do offices outside Atlanta?
Yes. We are headquartered in Atlanta and project-manage installs nationwide through a vetted field-technician network. Same spec and documentation at every location.
What do we get at the end?
A working, labeled network and the documentation to prove it: a port map, a patch panel diagram, and test results for every run. The next technician who opens that closet can read exactly what goes where.
Need internet, VoIP, cameras, cybersecurity, or POS for the same project? We coordinate that through our vetted partner network once the cabling scope is clear, so you have one point of contact for the whole job. See everything Norvet does.
Tell us about your new space
