Senior Sales Representative

Technology Sales Partner. Atlanta metro and greater Georgia.

We are hiring sales partners to sell IT, cabling, internet, cybersecurity, and payment technology to small and mid-sized businesses across the Atlanta metro. Norvet wins by finding the waste in a business owner's technology stack and fixing it. If you are good at opening doors, holding an owner's attention, and closing, this seat pays.

Compensation

  • 1099 independent contractor. You set your own hours and run your own book.
  • 100% commission. No base. No cap on earnings.
  • Project commissions on signed work.
  • Recurring revenue commissions on monthly contracts (managed services, internet, phones).
  • Referral commissions on warm intros that close.
  • Bonus pool on multi-location deals.

Specific commission splits and example payouts are shared in the first interview. We pay rep-friendly splits and we put it in writing before you start.

What you would actually do

  • Prospect business owners and decision makers across the Atlanta metro.
  • Run discovery meetings and site walks. Find the waste in a customer's technology stack.
  • Spot outdated PCs, messy cabling, dropped-call phone systems, slow internet, weak cybersecurity, and vendor bills that are too high.
  • Sell assessments, projects, and managed services.
  • Work with Norvet leadership to scope and price proposals.
  • Stay in front of customers through the close, then through onboarding.
  • Build referral relationships with property managers, brokers, chambers, and other business owners.
  • Own your pipeline. Norvet supplies tools, coaching, and engineering backup.

Who we are looking for

  • Entrepreneurial. You drive yourself.
  • A clear communicator. You can hold an owner's attention without sounding like a salesperson.
  • Comfortable cold-knocking, cold-calling, networking, and asking for referrals.
  • Curious about technology and how businesses run.
  • Prior B2B sales experience is a plus: IT, telecom, copier, merchant services, security, low-voltage, home services, or commercial construction.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required for site visits).

Untangle, label, document, and bring a closet back to standard.

Business internet and fiber

Carrier procurement, install coordination, and demarc-to-firewall handoff.

Business phones

Cloud-hosted phone systems with mobile extensions and call recording.

WiFi and security cabling

Site-wide WiFi, cameras, access control, and the cabling that supports them.

PC and workstation lifecycle

Refresh planning, deployment, and end-of-life replacement on a budget.

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

Provisioning, security baseline, mailbox migration, and ongoing support.

Cybersecurity

Endpoint protection, MFA rollout, security awareness training, and incident response.

Vendor management

Audit current IT and telecom bills. Cut waste. Renegotiate or replace what is not earning its cost.

Payment technology

Modern payment terminals and point-of-sale infrastructure for retail and restaurants.

Tools and support

You are commission-only, but you are not on your own.

  • CRM access and a defined deal pipeline you own.
  • Norvet engineers on the line with you for scoping calls and site walks.
  • Marketing materials, one-pagers, and templated proposals.
  • Direct access to leadership. Small team, no bureaucracy.
  • Coaching from the founder, especially in your first 90 days.
