Project Signals subscription terms

Project Signals is sold by Lumpkin Rivers Holdings Norvet MSP LLC, which does business as Norvet MSP ("Norvet", "we", "us"). Our address is 8170 Mall Parkway STE 1161, Lithonia, GA 30038.

"You" means the business that subscribes. By checking the terms box and subscribing, you agree to these terms on behalf of that business.

Each Monday we email you a list of new commercial building permits for the one metro you chose. Each permit comes with a short note on the low-voltage work that is likely to be involved. Each email has a preview of the top 10 permits, a CSV file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets, and a private link to the full list.

The list names businesses only. It does not include personal names, personal email addresses or personal phone numbers.

The permit data comes from public city and county records. We provide it as is. We do not promise that it is accurate, complete or up to date.

A permit may be missing, late, changed or withdrawn. The note on likely work is our best guess from the permit type, not a scope of work. Please check a permit with the city or county before you spend money on a bid.

We do not promise that you will win any job or earn any amount of money from the list.

The list is for your own business use. Please do not resell it, republish it, or give the emails, the CSV file or the private link to anyone outside your business.

Please do not copy our pages or our list in bulk to build a competing list.

A subscription costs $99 a month for one metro. If you want a second metro, you subscribe again for that metro.

We bill monthly through our payment provider, and your subscription renews each month until you cancel. If we change the price, the new price starts with the first billing period after we email you about it.

You can cancel anytime. Use the "Manage or cancel" form on the Project Signals page and we will email you a link.

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep getting the emails until then. We do not refund part of a month.

We may change where the data comes from, which metros we cover, and how the email and the CSV file are laid out. If we stop covering your metro, we will tell you by email and stop billing you for it.

We use your email address to send the service and to manage your subscription. Our payment provider handles your payment details, not us.
