Smart hands and IT dispatch, subcontracted
Smart hands means a technician who goes to your site and does exactly what you need done, so you do not have to send your own team. Other MSPs, vendors, and multi-site brands use Norvet as their Georgia field crew. You keep the client and the invoice.
Who this is for
You sell connectivity, IT, or a national field-service program, and you need someone on the ground in Georgia. Norvet is the subcontractor, not the brand your customer sees.
MSPs and IT providers without a Georgia crew of their own
Hardware and connectivity vendors coordinating an install or a swap
National retailers and multi-site brands running a rollout
Dispatch platforms and staffing programs that need a Georgia-based technician
What's included
Device and hardware swaps
Workstations, printers, POS terminals, switches, and access points: unbox, set in place on an existing mount or shelf, connect to an existing port, and confirm it powers on and reaches the network.
Rack and closet work
Rack-and-stack, patching and cable dressing on existing panels, labeling, and photo documentation of the finished closet.
Site surveys
A technician walks the site, takes photos and measurements, and answers the questions on your checklist before you commit to a project.
Break/fix and remote-hands
A pair of hands on-site to power-cycle equipment, check cable connections, read a serial number, or follow your remote technician's instructions over a call.
Not included
This work requires a state license Norvet does not hold. Tell Norvet about it and the request is referred to a Georgia-licensed contractor.
Licensed low-voltage cabling installation or termination (Cat5e/6/6A runs, fiber splicing)
Camera, access-control, fire-alarm, or intercom wiring
Electrical work of any kind
Have a structured cabling or low-voltage project mixed in with the dispatch? Say so on the request form and Norvet can help connect that part of the job with a Georgia-licensed installer.
How dispatch works
Four steps, from work order to closeout.
Step 1
Send the work order
Tell Norvet the site, the task, and the timeline through the request form.
Step 2
Confirmation before dispatch
Norvet confirms scope, access, and schedule with you before a technician is booked.
Step 3
Technician on site
The technician follows your instructions or checklist and completes the task.
Step 4
Photo-documented closeout
Photos, notes, and test results where applicable, sent back to you after the visit.

Frequently asked questions
What is smart hands?
Smart hands means a technician who goes to a site and follows your instructions: swap a device, check a cable connection, take a photo, read a serial number. You do not have to send your own team.
Who is this for?
Other MSPs and vendors who need on-site labor in Georgia without sending their own technician, national retailers and multi-site brands coordinating a rollout, and dispatch platforms that need a Georgia-based subcontractor. You keep the client relationship and the invoice; Norvet is the crew on-site.
Does Norvet install cabling or wiring itself?
No. Licensed low-voltage cabling, camera and access-control wiring, and electrical work are referred to a Georgia-licensed contractor. Norvet's own technicians handle the device, hardware, and closet work listed above.
Where does Norvet dispatch?
Metro Atlanta and Middle Georgia, including Macon, with other Georgia markets available by project. For work in another state, send the request and Norvet will tell you what it can arrange.
What does it cost?
Norvet issues a rate card to partners on request. Pricing depends on scope, so request a rate card through the form below rather than assuming a number.
How fast can a technician be on site?
Response time is confirmed when you submit the work order, based on the site, the scope, and current schedule. Norvet does not publish a fixed response-time guarantee here.
Have a work order ready?
Tell Norvet what you need done, where, and by when. Norvet confirms scope and schedule before a technician is booked, then sends photos and notes back after the visit.
